Our  Dinner Dances, Party Nights and Tribute Nights at the Holiday Inn Norwich-North are a great night out to enjoy with friends or family. Doors open at 7pm with the meal served at 8pm, and when you arrive all you need to know is the name of your table and we will show you to your seats!

 

The dress code for our dinner dances is usually smart casual, but if you are daring enough, fancy dress is always an option!

 

Accommodation Deals

Why not make a night of it? Stay with us from as little as £75.00 per couple including breakfast! You will also have access to our recently refurbished leisure facilities, including our gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi. There is always the option to upgrade your bedroom for an additional £15 per room to make your stay that little bit more special!

Special touches

If you are looking to make your event with us that extra bit more special, why not speak to us regarding arranging a massage for your group at our health club, some balloons on the tables at your event or even arranging a table plan for your party! Please see below for some extra services we can offer:

Balloons: We can offer balloons on your tables at £3.00 per cluster of 3 in your choice of colour.

Table Plan: If you require your guests to sit in a specific order, please let us know at least 7 days prior to the event the names of your guests and which of your tables you would like them seated and we will integrate their names into our plan! (Minimum number of 30 guests required for this service, if less than 7 days notice is given, we cannot guarantee your requirements).

 

Terms and Conditions

Attendees of our public events must be 18 or over.

 

To secure your booking, we will need only a £5 non-refundable deposit per person. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to each event. Please note any Christmas events (starting November) will require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person, with the full payment by the 1st of November 2013. Any deposit payments are strictly non-refundable or transferable at any time.

 

Unfortunately, we are strictly unable to offer any refunds or transfers for cancellations made less than 72 hours before any event outside of December and less than 7 days for December events. Holiday Inn Norwich - North reserve the right to cancel or change events without prior notice, but notice will always be given in advance of the event. Function rooms may also be changed due to the nature of the business, and artistes may also change without prior notice. Seating at all events is cabaret or trestle style, but if you would like to book a table exclusively for you and your friends, you will need a minimum of 10 guests in your party.
